Beth Gerber is co-owner and President of Lightext, Inc., a firm that specializes in quality consulting in the areas of policy and procedure development, curriculum design, and training delivery primarily for the financial services and government sectors.
Beth Gerber her career as a Vice President for Home Savings of America in California and was responsible for training, procedures, and loan servicing operational departments. Beth’s expertise is in implementing RoboHelp as a corporate enterprise solution. As an expert in this product and an Adobe Partner, she has co-hosted multiple webinars with Adobe Systems, been a featured speaker at Writers UA and STC conferences and Adobe pre-conference workshops, and has authored several RoboHelp product reviews.
